Who Should Attend

Recommended for auditors who need to thoroughly understand TL 9000, implementation team members, internal auditors, ISO 9001 auditors wishing to expand their credentials, and anyone performing third-party registration audits to TL 9000.

Prerequisite

Attendees are expected to have previous auditing experience and/or have completed an ISO auditor training course.

All attendees must complete the TL 9000 Release 4.0: Requirements e-learning course and the TL 9000 Release 4.0 Measurements Overview: Common and Hardware Measurements e-learning course. Please Note: You will be asked to provide confirmation of successful completion.

In addition, new registrar auditors must also successfully complete the TL 9000 Release 4.0 Measurements Overview: Outage Measurements, TL 9000 Release 4.0 Measurements Overview: Service Measurements, and TL 9000 Release 4.0 Measurements Overview: Software Measurements e-learning courses.

It is strongly recommended that internal auditors also complete the TL 9000 Measurements e-learning course in the specialty area appropriate to their organization (Outage, Service, and/or Software Measurements).
