Who Should Attend
Recommended for quality managers and team members, implementation team members,
the management team, internal auditors, or anyone who needs to understand how
to implement an effective, efficient TL 9000 quality management system. Prior
knowledge of ISO 9001 is expected.
Prerequisite
All attendees must complete the TL 9000 Release 4.0: Requirements e-learning course and the TL 9000 Release 4.0 Measurements Overview: Common and Hardware Measurements e-learning course. Please Note: You will be asked to provide confirmation of successful completion.
It is strongly recommended that attendees also complete the TL 9000 Measurements e-learning course in the specialty area appropriate to their organization (Outage, Service, and/or Software Measurements).
