TL 9000 registration requires conformity to the TL 9000 Quality Management System Requirements, which includes reporting the TL 9000 quality system measurements data to the QuEST Forum Measurements Administrator. This course is designed to help you understand TL 9000 measurements and how to prepare and report them. The roles and responsibilities of the QuEST Forum, the Forum Administrator, the Measurements Administrator, the organization, the customer, and the registrar are explained. In addition, learn what audit evidence your internal auditors must review to assure conformity with TL 9000 measurements.
