Your company has made a decision to implement Six Sigma, and you have gone
through the training. It could be that you went through your training several
years ago or as recently as a year ago, but you feel you need additional training
or coaching ... especially as it pertains to the projects you are working
on.
At STAT-A-MATRIX we hear from our clients and the public that they need a "refresher"
or more intensive training in the fundamental basics of the DMAIC tools.
Working with our Master Black Belts, we have formulated a week-long program
to sharpen your skills or refamiliarize you with skills that you haven't
used since you were in training. Each of our sessions will be conducted by a
STAT-A-MATRIX Master Black Belt who will work with you to best utilize the right
tools for your projects.
