- Shipping: In most case we will ship your items via UPS
ground service. Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping services are available
at an additional charge. Most orders are shipped within two business days.
- Items Damaged in Shipping: Because we ship FOB ORIGIN,
your claims for items damaged in shipping must be made with the shipping agent
(normally UPS). Report any discrepancy (missing boxes) or damaged to the carrier
that delivered to you. Note the damage or shortage on all delivery receipts
and sign only for the material actually delivered. If you notice any concealed
damage, you must save all boxes and packaging material and notify the carrier.
We will be glad to provide you with claim information.
- Defective Items: Defective items will be replaced at no
extra charge to you. Call us at 1-800-669-8326.
- Sales Taxes: Sales tax will be added to all books and CDs for the following states: CA, OH, WI, and NJ. We reserve the right to charge sales tax for other states.
- Payment and Purchase Orders: Personal checks, company checks,
Visa, American Express, Mastercard and purchase orders are all accepted. We
prefer that bookstores prepay for their orders. All international orders must
be prepaid in US Currency. Prices and product availability are subject to
change without notice.
- If a Return is Necessary: Call 1-800-669-8326 for a return
authorization number and return address.
- Items received in clean, saleable condition may be returned for full
credit up to 30 days following the invoice date unless otherwise stipulated.
Items received 31-60 days from the invoice date will be subject to a 10%
restocking fee. Some returns may require recalculation of the volume discount
applied to the original order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- In the case of a return, we will credit your original payment method
or credit your account, less shipping and handling charges. Products returned
in unsaleable condition will not receive credit. Please pack items for
the return carefully. Determination of damage is soley at the discretion
of Oriel Incorporated. We suggest you ship returns via a traceable and
insurable method.
