STAT-A-MATRIX Offers Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification

Tailored to Six Sigma Black Belts, this comprehensive workshop-based training provides a strategic view of the three Lean Six Sigma methodologies (process improvement, design and innovation, and process management). Topics include:

  • Integrating Lean concepts into Six Sigma programs

Attendees are responsible for bringing laptops with Minitab 15™ software. STAT-A-MATRIX certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt requires successful completion of the course and a passing grade on the final exam.
