In 1993, the State of New Jersey established a statewide consortium program to assist small business with implementation of ISO 9000 quality management systems. STAT-A-MATRIX was selected by the state to lead that first program. To-date, SAM has helped over 350 New Jersey companies implement ISO 9000 through the consortium model.
