STAT-A-MATRIX is pleased to offer Green Belt certification, for an additional fee, to candidates taking the online training. Receive your Green Belt certification by meeting the following requirements:

  • Complete online Green Belt course
  • Pass exam built into the course (70% or better minimum)
  • Submit a hard copy of completed project to STAT-A-MATRIX for consultant review
  • Phone interview with STAT-A-MATRIX consultant during which time the candidate will present his/her project and be interviewed by the consultant
  • Signed letter from company manager or supervisor stating project results were achieved

Upon successful completion of this process, candidate will receive a signed certificate from STAT-A-MATRIX stating that he/she has been certified as a Green Belt.


Charting Process Behavior course overview

This course provides the necessary tools to chart and understand process behavior over time. The body of knowledge covered by this course of study is also known as Statistical Process Control (SPC). Course materials are presented within the context of a Six Sigma improvement project, where process behavior charts (control charts) are often used in the Measure, Analyze, and Control phases of the D-M-A-I-C process. However, involvement in a Six Sigma project is not a prerequisite, and no prior knowledge of Six Sigma is assumed. This course is comprised of 16 Modules, or Lessons, followed by an online Quiz. You may start or stop at any time. The course will remain active for 90 days after purchase.
